MORGILL TECH provides IT consultancy, Website Development, Managed Support, and Cloud Solutions. The specific deliverables of any project will be governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed MSA, the MSA shall prevail.
All service fees are quoted in INR unless otherwise specified. As a registered entity, we charge GST at the prevailing rates. Payments are due according to the milestones defined in your specific project contract.
The "MORGILL TECH" name and logo are proprietary. For client projects:
